Meditation and mindfulness practises strengthen the brain’s ability to focus on one thing and avoid distractions.

 Additional benefits of practising mindful meditation include:

  • Reduces inflammation response caused by stress. It can lower levels of cortisol (stress hormone) in the body.

  • Improves stress-related conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, post-traumatic stress disorder and fibromyalgia.

  • Long-term increases resilience to stress and anxiety.​

Online Mindfulness and Movement: What to Expect

  • Tailored programmes to suit the needs of the organisation.

  • Location: online classes for remote teams. â€‹

  • Commitment: An initial commitment of 6 weeks is required after which the trial can be reviewed to consider an extension. 

  • Trial: A one-off trial can be arranged to see if the mindfulness and movement is suitable for your company. 

  • Cancellations: Cancellations can be arranged with a 100% refund, if the company cancels the class if 48 hours prior to the class.
