Location: online classes for remote teams.
Commitment: An initial commitment of 6 weeks is required after which the trial can be reviewed to consider an extension.
Trial: A one-off trial can be arranged to see if the mindfulness and movement is suitable for your company.
Cancellations: Cancellations can be arranged with a 100% refund, if the company cancels the class if 48 hours prior to the class.
